YPD officers to speak at CSI: Y'town meeting



BOARDMAN -- Sgt. Commander Joseph DeMatteo and Officer Anthony Marzullo from the Youngstown Police Department's Street Crimes Unit will speak at the Public Library of Youngstown & amp; Mahoning County's CSI Y'town program at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Boardman Library on Glenwood Avenue.
The CSI: Y'town group is sponsored by the Friends of the Public Library of Youngstown & amp; Mahoning County. The group is open to all area readers, writers and fans of murder mysteries, cozies, whodunits, detective fiction, historical mysteries, psychological thrillers, suspense fiction, police procedurals, supernatural thrillers, crime capers or other mystery genres.
CSI: Y'town is a chapter of the national Sisters in Crime organization. Monthly programs feature discussion, reviews of new mystery novels, plus a variety of speakers from law enforcement and forensic fields.
