Youngstown Federation will honor club presidents when it meets at 6:30 p.m. at A La Cart Catering, 429 Lisbon St., Canfield, for dinner and a program by Sis Soller. Kathleen Rickert of Wimodaughsis will give the meditation, and Coterie members will handle table decorations.
