*Teri Haefke had back-to-back 300s during Wedgewood Ladies Trio action on Oct. 31. Haefke's 300s were preceded by a 196 game for a three-game set of 796 before adding a 226 game for 1,022.
*Russ Slagle had 300-835 and Brett Brunkenhoefer also had 300 and 753 in Spiech Classic at Bell-Wick on Nov. 6.
*Al Barnette rolled 279-279-266 -- 824 in Swan's Mixed at Wedgewood on Oct. 29, while Shawn Streeter had 811 and Donna Hess 749, both in G.E. Mixed, also at Wedgewood. Hess' top game was 289.
*Floyd's won the Driver Division's first quarter in Doughton Businessmen at Bell-Wick and The Untouchables of Kathy Moore, Kevin Moore, Tracie Robison and Carl Hurd won Duncan Tax Service's first third at West Side. Hurd also picked up the 7-10 split.
*Dangerous Minds & amp; Perfect Blends won first quarter in Monday Night Mixed at Camelot.
*The Depizzo Sausage team won Kernan Insurance Classic's first quarter at West Side. Team members are Guy Depizzo Sr., Guy Depizzo Jr., Jess Tennant, Bill Steiner, Joe Steiner and Ron Steiner Sr.
*Rita Mineo, who bowled 141 pins over her average, is the only woman to have a 600 series in 17 years for the Golden Gals.
Entry deadline
YOUNGSTOWN -- Members of the Youngstown USBC Women's Bowling Association are reminded that entries for the 2007 Ohio USBC WBA Championship close Nov. 15. The tournament, at both Wedgewood and Crest Lanes, runs March 3-June 3. Entry fee is $18 per person per event, plus a $2 optional handicap all-events and/or $5 optional actual all-events. Entries must be postmarked by Wednesday and mailed to Mary McClay, Assoc. Manager, Box 368, Enon 45323.
