Luncheon held to honor Millers on anniversary

NEW MIDDLETOWN -- Mr. and Mrs. John C. Miller Sr., 45 Meadowbrook Drive, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during a luncheon held Oct. 29 at Avion on the Water Banquet Center, Canfield.
Invitations for the festivities were extended by their family, Linda and Chuck Bettura of Ellsworth, Debbie Winwood of Masury, John Miller Jr. of New Middletown, and Stephen Miller of New Springfield. Completing the family are seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
The former Carole Burroughs and Mr. Miller were united in marriage Oct. 30, 1956, in Youngstown. They are members of New Life Assembly of God in Poland.
Mrs. Miller is an officer manager at Alexander's Pet Control in New Springfield. Mr. Miller, who is semiretired, is employed by MS Consultants in Youngstown.
