YOUNGSTOWN -- The marriage of Holly Walcott and Joseph Bada III was solemnized by the Rev. Dr. D. Larry Kline during a 2 p.m. ceremony Oct. 7 at the Chapel of Friendly Bells in Trinity United Methodist Church.
After a reception at the Maronite Center, the couple left on a wedding trip to St. Lucia. They live at 7950 Market St., Boardman.
The bride is a daughter of Karen Dyce, 179 Wilson St., Struthers, and Kenneth Walcott, 137 Shadyside Drive, Boardman, and the groom's parents are Joseph Bada Jr., 319 S. Belle Vista Ave., and Rose Dietz of Canfield.
Pink embroidery, beading and Swarovski crystals enhanced the bride's strapless ivory A-line gown. It was designed with a sweetheart neckline and chapel train.
Jennifer Walcott was honor attendant for her sister, and bridesmaids were Michelle Bada, the groom's sister; Lorene Reyes; and Holly Jordan. They wore sage gowns. Flower girl was the bride's cousin, Kirsten Joss.
Best man was Joseph Fox, and groomsmen were the groom's cousin, Cary Conklin; James Reyes; and Tom McCutcheon. Ushers were the bride's brothers, Shaun Dunmire and Brian Dyce.
A graduate of Ford Beauty Academy in Boardman with a degree in cosmetology, the bride is a hair stylist with Famous Hair in Boardman.
The groom, a salesman with Sweeney Chevrolet in Boardman and a free-lance photographer, graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an associate in photography.
