NEWTON FALLS -- St. Joseph Church was the setting at 3 p.m. Sept. 30 as Briana Lee Cicero and Scott Eric Johns were united in marriage by the Rev. Maciej Mankowski.
An evening reception was held at Roby Lee's to honor the daughter of John Jr. and Ann Cicero of Newton Falls and the son of Nelson and Brenda Johns of Buckhannon, W.Va.
After a trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple live at 60 Trublie Run Road, Buckhannon.
The bride's white satin A-line gown featured a beaded cuff at the neckline and a chapel train.
Navy-blue gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Summer Cicero Wasko, the bride's sister, and the bridesmaids, Emily Cicero and Irene Mirci, her sisters-in-law; Jennifer Humphries; and Sarah Huber. Flower girl was Marlee Johns, the groom's niece.
Dall Floyd served as best man, and groomsmen were Les and Aaron Johns, brothers of the groom, and the bride's brothers, Garrick and Craig Cicero. Ring bearer was Daniel Wasko, her nephew.
The bride graduated with a bachelor's degree in education/life science from Youngstown State University and with a master's of business administration from West Virginia Wesleyan College, where she is employed as an MBA program coordinator and business instructor.
The groom is a research and development engineer with Corhart Refractories/Saint-GoBain in Buckhannon. He graduated from Fairmont State College with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering.
