XSTRUTHERS -- The exchange of nuptial vows took place April 28 as Gina Gerlach and Thomas Titus, both of Boardman, were united in marriage during a 1:30 p.m. ceremony solemnized by the Revs. Philip Rogers and James Humphrey at St. Nicholas Church.
A reception was held later that day at The Georgetown in Boardman for the daughter of Jim and Judy Gerlach of Boardman and the son of Thomas R. Titus of Boardman and Cheryl Thompson of Columbiana.
After a wedding trip to Florida, the couple live in Boardman.
The bride's strapless A-line gown was embellished with beading, and the skirt flowed into a chapel train.
Wearing black gowns were the bride's sister and honor attendant, Carrie Hagan, and the bridesmaids, Trish Irons, a sister of the groom, and Trina Neal, Katie Quattro, Megan Nasrallah, Lynn Guerrieri, Trudy Avery, Carol Lloyd and Allicyn Tocco. Flower girls were the groom's daughter, Katherine Roman, and his niece, Emily Irons.
Brian Titus performed the duties of best man for his brother, and serving as groomsmen were the groom's brother-in-law, Todd Irons; the bride's brother-in-law, Mark Hagan; her cousin, Jason Sletvold; Scott Bailey; Frank Guerrieri; Jason Williams; Josh Rosko; and Matt Reardon. Ring bearer was the groom's nephew, Benjamin Irons.
The bride graduated from Youngstown State University and is an administrative assistant with Ameriprise Financial, Boardman, where the groom is a compliance supervisor.
