Wolves Club scholarships go to 7 students

YOUNGSTOWN -- Seven area high school students have been chosen by the Wolves Club, Den VI, to be the recipients of scholarship grants to Youngstown State University.
Funding for the scholarships is derived from $15,000 raised by the Wolves Club and matched by the YSU Foundation.
Each of the students will receive a $4,285 four-year scholarship award during a banquet to be held by the club at 6 p.m. June 14 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall.
The recipients are:
Jeanna Bissett, Western Reserve High School.
Brianne Ciccone and Keri Ellis, Struthers High School.
David Garman, Boardman High School.
Colleen George, Cardinal Mooney High School.
Timothy Gordon, Chaney High School.
Thomas Hahn, Austintown Fitch High School.
Tickets for the scholarship dinner are $20. The public is welcome, and reservations can be made by contacting Greg Rossi, (330) 744-8695.
