CHICAGO -- Tamika Catchings had 11 points and nine rebounds to lead a balanced attack for Indiana. Catchings added four steals and six assists for the Fever (3-0). Tamika Whitmore had 10 points, seven rebounds and four steals for Indiana. Tan White added 14 points while Linda Frohlich and Anna DeForge each had 10. Jia Perkin scored 16 points to lead the Sky (1-2). Candice Dupree added 11 points and five rebounds. The Sky shot 32.9 percent from the field for the game and were 3-of-14 from behind the 3-point arc. They connected on only 3 of 20 field goal attempts in the third quarter. Indiana shot 50 percent from the field in the first half and started 9-for-13 in the second quarter. Whitmore keyed a 9-0 run with six straight points as Indiana took a 49-38 lead with 3:52 remaining in the third quarter. The Fever closed out the third quarter with a 7-2 run to make it 56-42.
