Nominations being accepted for senior volunteer awards

CLEVELAND -- Medical Mutual of Ohio is seeking the names of outstanding senior volunteers who will be nominees for a 2006 Outstanding Senior Volunteer Award to be presented Oct. 5 at the LaCentre Conference and Banquet Facility in Westlake.
Accepted will be the names of volunteers, 65 and over, who act in a selfless, caring manner and are committed to enhancing the quality of life for individuals and the community.
To submit a nomination, community organizations can send a request for a nomination entry form to: Traci Haynes, MZ:01-5A-6920, Medical Mutual, 2060 E. Ninth St., Cleveland, OH 44115. Nominations can also be submitted online at www.Medmutual.com; click on the community tab, then on the community bulletin board's outstanding seniors box. The deadline for nominations is July 15.
The top four award winners will receive plaques and honorable mention winners will be recognized at the banquet.
