Doerr, 26, of North Nelson Street, Lisbon, failure of a sexually oriented offender to verify his address.Dorian N. Sheets, 18, of Carbon Hill Road, East Palestine, burglary, two counts of theft and breaking and entering.Dario D. Valentini, 25, of Runnemede Drive, Boardman, robbery and possession of drugs.Robert A. Moore, 28, of Piece Avenue, Toronto, importuning and disseminating matter harmful to children.Joshua J.
