NEW YORK -- Alex Rodriguez homered twice, Kelly Stinnett drove in four runs and the New York Yankees beat the Kansas City Royals 15-4 Saturday.
Miguel Cairo and Melky Cabrera also had three RBIs apiece for the Yankees, who jumped out to an 8-0 lead after three innings.
Cairo tied a career high with four hits.
Tony Graffanino had two hits and drove in a run for Kansas City, which beat the Yankees 7-6 Friday night to snap a 13-game losing streak but has had little success in New York otherwise.
The Yankees have won 15 of their last 16 games against Kansas City at Yankee Stadium.
They jumped on Royals starter Jeremy Affeldt (2-5) early. Cairo, Cabrera and Stinnett had consecutive run-scoring singles in the second inning to give the Yankees a 3-0 lead. Rodriguez hit a two-run homer and Stinnett added a three-run drive in the third.
Rodriguez then led off the fifth with his 13th homer to make it 9-2. It was Rodriguez's first multihomer game of the season and the 41st of his career.
He also moved into a tie with Dave Kingman for 33rd place on baseball's career list with 442 homers.
Yankees starter Chien-Ming Wang (5-2) set down his first 11 batters before Doug Mientkewicz doubled with two outs in the fourth.
He worked seven innings, allowing four runs and four hits.
He struck out three and didn't walk a batter.

TORONTO -- Shea Hillenbrand homered in the 11th inning.
With one out, Hillenbrand homered to left off Jeff Nelson (0-1). It was Hillenbrand's seventh homer of the season.
Jason Frasor (2-1) pitched the 11th for the victory.
Toronto closer B.J. Ryan blew his first save of the season in the ninth after converting his first 11 chances.
Joe Crede led off the ninth with a double and advanced to third on Pablo Ozuna's sacrifice bunt. Catcher Gregg Zaun bobbled the ball, allowing Ozuna to reach first on an error.
Juan Uribe followed with an infield single that tied the game 2-2.
Frank Catalanotto gave Toronto a 2-1 lead in the eighth with an RBI double off Brandon McCarthy. Aaron Hill led off the inning with a single before advancing to second on John McDonald's sacrifice bunt.
Alex Rios popped up for the second out, but Catalanotto hit a curveball into the corner in left.
The White Sox wasted a fine start from Jose Contreras, who got a no-decision despite allowing just one run and five hits in seven innings.
Since losing to Minnesota on Aug. 15, Contreras has made 16 starts, winning 13.
The streak is the fourth-longest by a White Sox pitcher since 1970, and the longest since Wilson Alvarez put up 15 straight wins from Aug. 24, 1993-May 27, 1994.
