UNVEILING: Postal officials unveiled a 39-cent Amber Alert stamp in the Courthouse Square gazebo, Warren. Mark Patchen, governor chairman of the Ohio Amber Steering Committee, addressed 190 pupils in grades five through eight in attendance Friday from Notre Dame School in downtown Warren. Police issue an Amber Alert through the media when they believe an abducted child is in imminent danger.
