Kathy Summers and her grandaughter Jessica Rutan, 5, both of Hubbard, decorate family gravesites at Belmont Park Cemetery in Liberty. Summers decorates the gravestones every year before Memorial Day, and Tuesday was the first time her granddaughter accompanied her.
