Hubbard man shot

YOUNGSTOWN -- A Hubbard man police found shot on the city's North Side was in critical condition Tuesday night at St. Elizabeth Health Center, a hospital manager said.
Police said they found Elie Faraj, 21 of Wendemere Drive, on the ground at Arlington and Griffith streets around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said that because of his condition, Faraj was only able to give them limited information before he was taken to the hospital. The victim told police he was robbed, then the robber pulled out a handgun and shot him.
