Winner is women's president



YOUNGSTOWN -- Roseanne Winner was elected to a three-year term as president of the reorganized Youngstown Women's Bowling Association, now known as the Youngstown United States Bowling Congress' Women's Bowling Association.
Winner was instrumental in the reorganization, which necessitated the formation of new by-laws.
"Although very challenging, I look forward to serving the membership of the new USBC organization," Winner said.
"Also, I eagerly anticipate working with the USBC state women's board as we bring the Ohio USBC state tournament back to our area [Warren]."
Winner is also secretary of the Hi-Lo Ladies League at Wedgewood.
Other officers, directors
In other agenda business, Loretta Smith was chosen first vice-president, Faith Gallo second vice-president and Carol Croyle sergeant-at-arms.
Directors for a three-year term are: Shirley Carson, Norma Diver, Marilyn Heaven, Donna Kincaid and Diane Schuller. Directors for two-year teams are: Marge Coblentz, Jessica Hartzell, Patty Schuley, Chris Staley and Pat Traylor. One-year term directors are: Betty Kana, Sue Little, Fran Miller, Wendy Yauman and Jo-Ann Dominic.
Delegates to the 2007 USBC national convention in Nashville are: Winner, Gallo and Schuley; delegates to the 2007 Ohio USBC Women's Bowling Association in Warren are: Winner, Smith, Gallo, Schuley, Carson, Hartzell, Traylor, Coblentz and Staley.
