BOYS STATE 41 YEARS AGO: Eighteen Youngstown district youths are briefed on procedures they will follow when they take part in the 28th annual Buckeye Boys State at Ohio University in Athens in June 1965. They gathered at American Legion Post 15 on Spring Street in Youngstown to get information from youths who attended last year.
