ASSOCIATIONS
Gourmet Club of the Youngstown Chapter of the American Association of University Women will meet for lunch at 1 p.m. Thursday at T.J.'s Restaurant. To make reservations, members should call Mary B. Smith. She will serve as hostess along with Ruth Harris and Helen Elser.
CLUBS
Ohio Cultural Alliance will meet at 6 p.m. June 5 at the Youngstown Club, 201 E. Commerce St., where dinner will be served. The speaker will be Dr. Thomas Shipka, Youngstown State University professor, and music will be by the Wade Raridon Singers. The cost for the evening will be $11 for paid-up members and $16 for nonmembers. Reservations must be mailed to the alliance, P.O. Box 561, Canfield, OH 44406, before May 31.
Meetings of Youngstown American Hungarian Club, Donald Avenue, will be held on a different day during the summer months. When members meet at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the club, discussion of upcoming events will include the YSU Ethnic Festival and a club picnic for members and guests, both to be held in July.
SINGLES
Single for Any Reason has planned the following: Friday, steak fry, covered dish dinner and cards at 6 p.m., and May 27, Road Work Band at Hubbard VFW, from 9 p.m. to midnight ($4 cover). Call (330) 372-7124 for details.

Hammond Organ Society of Mahoning Valley will meet for a 48th anniversary all-member casserole dinner at 5 p.m. Friday at the fellowship hall of Faith Community Church, 1919 E. Midlothian Blvd. Entertainment will be by members.
SUPPORT GROUPS
Alzheimer's Family Support Group will meet at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Alzheimer's Association, 3695 Boardman-Canfield Road, Canfield. The meeting is open to all caregivers, family members and friends who have a loved one with memory problems. There is no charge.
