Angela Young, 38, Glenaven Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine.
Peter P. Jean-Gillies, 30, Fairview Avenue, Campbell; attempted burglary.
Dallas L Humphrey Jr., 27, McGuffey Road, Youngstown; breaking and entering.
Joseph McCall, 39, Grandview Avenue, Youngstown; burglary.
Heather Ramsey, 25, Sexton Street, Struthers; possession of cocaine.
Ceil Scott, 43, addresses on Park Avenue and Broadway, Youngstown; tampering with evidence and two counts of assault.
Anthony Kornegay, 27, North Portland Avenue, Youngstown; domestic violence.
Abbie D. Wall, 22, Sherman Street, Lisbon; unauthorized use of vehicle.
Thomas L. Welsh Jr., 18, West Chalmers Avenue, Youngstown; unauthorized use of vehicle.
Thomas E. Nickerson, 18, East Boston Avenue, Youngstown; improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
