ABWA chapter re-elects slate of officers

BOARDMAN -- The Tri-Gold Prime Time Chapter of the American Business Women's Association observed Mother's Day and held election of officers during a meeting on May 10 at Beard Cabin in Boardman Park.
Honored as the eldest mother in attendance was Rose Bindas who is 92.
Re-elected to their second term of office were Geri Sikora, president; Elaina Nigro, vice president; Sharon Pasquale, treasurer; and JoLynn Bush, secretary.
Pasquale was the vocational speaker for the event.
Fran Atwood, the organization's Woman of the Year, summarized her trip to Muncie, Ind., where she attended the ABWA conference.
Sarah Janutolo, scholarship chairwoman, announced that $1,000 scholarships will be awarded to Abby Aebischer and Helena Eusanio.
