RACHEL GILLESPIENICHOLAS MARANGONI
GROVE CITY, Pa. -- The wedding of Rachel Renae Gillespie, 1211 Eagles Nest Lane, Monroeville, Pa., and Nicholas James Marangoni, 1035 Eagles Nest Lane, Monroeville, took place at 11 a.m. April 22 at Harbison Chapel on the Grove City College campus.
Parents of the couple are the Rev. James and Beth Gillespie, 6968 Fenwick Ave., North Canton, and David and Rose Marangoni, 11652 York Road, North Royalton.
The bride's father presided, and the Revs. David Johnson and Todd Nye assisted. A reception took place at the college.
The bride's sister, Danielle Gillespie, was maid of honor, and bridesmaids were Katelyn Gillespie, her sister; Amanda Thacker, Lindsay Corrigan, Kristina Holz and Joanna Gillespie, her cousins; and Katie Hollenbach. They wore sage-green gowns. Flower girl was the bride's sister, Callie Gillespie.
Daniel Marangoni was best man for his twin brother, and groomsmen were Joshua Gillespie, the bride's brother; Phillip Hart; Jonathan Mycyk; Stephen Loych; Jon Hartzler; and Mark Gray. Junior groomsmen were the groom's cousins, Anthony and Billy Raymond, and ring bearer was his cousin, Cody Raymond.
The couple honeymooned in St. Lucia and are living in Monroeville. The bride graduated from Grove City College with a degree in mechanical engineering. She is employed as an engineer with Westinghouse Electric Co. in Pittsburgh. The groom holds an electrical engineering degree from Grove City College and is also employed at Westinghouse.
