Custodian pleads innocent to charges of pandering porn

BOARDMAN -- The Market Street Elementary School custodian charged with three counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor pleaded innocent when he appeared in Mahoning County Area Court on Tuesday.
Township police arrested John A. Rotunno, 56, of Fairground Boulevard, Canfield, Friday after another school employee reported finding what he believed were pornographic images on a school computer. The employee notified school officials, who then contacted police.
Rotunno, who has been with the district since 1989, has been suspended pending the outcome of the case. His pay status has not yet been determined.
