Drug paraphernalia: A 25-year-old Salem man was arrested on charges of possessing and concealing drug paraphernalia after police found a white and brown pipe with marijuana residue in it during a traffic stop on U.S. Route 62.

Theft/burglary: A resident in the 300 block of Montridge Drive reported that photographic equipment was missing from his home, including a Sony camcorder, Hi-8 mm recorder in a black case and a Sony megapixel camera in a black case.

Theft, criminal damaging and endangering: A Canfield High School student reported that his car, which was parked in the school parking lot at 100 Cardinal Drive, was broken into and a small MP3 player was stolen. The right rear-view mirror and its housing were damaged.
