"The West Wing" (8 p.m., NBC): A four-time Emmy winner for Outstanding Drama, "The West Wing" traveled a rare prime-time path -- starting off at breathtaking heights, then stumbling a bit after creator Aaron Sorkin departed, and finally reinvigorating itself for a thoroughly mesmerizing stretch run. The final episode, which will be preceded by a re-airing of the pilot, has incoming president Matt Santos and his staff nervously gearing up for inauguration day. Meanwhile, President Bartlet, C.J and the others fondly look back at their sometimes-turbulent, but steadfastly idealistic White House years.
"Survivor: Panama -- Exile Island" (8 p.m., CBS): "Survivor" concludes tonight and you know the drill: The $1 million winner is determined during the final Tribal Council and then all the castaways get together with host Jeff Probst for the traditional reunion yak-fest.
"Malcolm in the Middle" (8:30 p.m., Fox): Even if you haven't watched "Malcolm in the Middle" since Frankie Muniz stood waist-high, tonight's series finale is a must, if only to watch Jane Kaczmarek deliver her twisted, but heartfelt, graduation-day mandate to her Harvard-bound son. The bloopers-and-highlights reel is a real hoot, too.
"Conspiracy Files: Secret History of Jesus" (9 p.m., Discovery): This special takes on the contentious notion that a bloodline to Christ exists today.
"Da Vinci's Lost Code" (10 p.m., Discovery): This special examines whether a painting bought 30 years ago for a tiny sum was actually a Leonardo da Vinci work -- and, if so, what secrets it might hide.
"Yo Momma" (noon, MTV): A marathon of "your momma" jokes on Mother's Day! Oh, host Wilmer Valderrama's mother must be so proud.
"King of the Hill" (7:30 p.m., Fox): Hank Hill is over the hump with his 200th animated episode.
