Josephs to mark 50th anniversary by renewing vows



XAUSTINTOWN -- David and Marma Jean Joseph of Austintown will observe their 50th wedding anniversary May 19 by renewing their marriage vows.
The ceremony will take place at 5:45 p.m. at Disciples Christian Church, 565 Boardman-Canfield Road, Boardman, where an open reception will follow until 8 p.m.
The former Marma Jean Hosey and Mr. Joseph have lived in the Youngstown area since their marriage May 12, 1956, in the parsonage of Rimersburg Methodist Church, Rimersburg, Pa.
They are members at Disciples Christian Church, where Mr. Joseph is a member of the diaconate and the choir. Both are members of the Austintown Chapter of AARP and its chorus, The Notables.
Mrs. Joseph, who is known as "Toni," is retired from the Youngstown Board of Education. Her husband works part-time for Grinding Equipment & amp; Machinery.
The couple have a daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and Rick Weaver of Murphy, Texas; two granddaughters and a great-grandson.
