Melissa Mason to be bride of Mr. Misencik

Announcement of the engagement of Melissa Catherine Mason, 278 E. Second St., Girard, and Geoffrey John Misencik, 15830 Norway Ave., Cleveland, is being made by their parents.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Randy and Cindy Mason of the Second Street address, and Mr. Misencik is a son of Rick and Eileen Misencik of the Norway Avenue address.
The couple will exchange marriage vows June 10 during a 2:30 p.m. ceremony at Girard First United Methodist Church. Invitations will be extended for the wedding and for a reception to be held that evening at Willow Creek Banquet Center, also in Girard.
Miss Mason is a graduate of the University of Akron with a bachelor's degree in family and child development. She will receive her master's degree in social administration from Case Western Reserve University this month.
The prospective groom holds an associate degree in criminal justice and a bachelor's degree in emergency management from the University of Akron.
