Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.
Wednesday, May 17: Southwestern meatloaf, zesty potatoes, coleslaw, potato roll with margarine, apple turnover (sugar-free cookie available) and milk.
Thursday, May 18: Barbecued riblet, parsley potatoes, California mixed vegetables, Diamond Jim bun with margarine, regular or diet applesauce and milk.
Friday, May 19: Macaroni and cheese, peas and pearl onions, stewed tomatoes, dinner roll with margarine, regular or unsweetened peach slices and milk.
Saturday, May 20: Roast beef on a bun with barbecue sauce, three-bean salad with Italian dressing, apple, unsweetened pudding and milk.
Monday, May 22: Baked turkey with gravy, mashed sweet potatoes, stuffing, peas and carrots, regular or diet fruit mix and milk.
Tuesday, May 23: Swiss steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, spinach in vinegar, bread with margarine, angel food cake and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY
The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
