INDICTMENTS | Mahoning County

A Mahoning County grand jury has indicted Durral Justice, 17, of Jacobs Road, Youngstown, on two counts each of aggravated murder, attempted aggravated murder and aggravated robbery, all with firearm specifications. Justice and Alonzo Thigpen, 18, also of Jacobs Road, were arrested in a Sept. 8 robbery and shooting on Nelson Avenue. Ralph Miller, 53, of East Wood Street, Youngstown, died, and Charles Glenn, 44, of Glenwood Avenue, was shot in the face.
Wendy S. Obenauf, 44, of Sexton Street, Struthers, was indicted on one count of theft in connection with money missing from Scacchetti's Restaurant on Mahoning Avenue, Austintown. Obenauf is accused of taking between $5,000 and $100,000 between December 2004 and December 2005. Police said Obenauf did accounting work for the restaurant's owners.Adrienne R. Kurylak, 20, of Aspen Lane, Austintown, was indicted on five counts of theft, all involving musical instruments from local schools. Co-defendant Amanda Devault, 19, of Timber Lane, Austintown, has been enrolled in the Mahoning County Drug Court program. Police believe the instruments were taken from schools in Austintown, Canfield and Poland, then sold in pawn shops.
The grand jury declined to indict Danetta Cleckley on a charge of carrying concealed weapons.The following people also were indicted, according to a report issued Thursday:

The grand jury also issued one secret indictment against a John Doe for four counts of trafficking in drugs and one count each of possession of drugs, illegal manufacture of drugs and illegal assembly or possession of chemicals for the manufacture of drugs.
