XCANFIELD -- Erin M. Appel and Chad M. Cromer, both of 2645 Rexford Road, Youngstown, were united in marriage April 8 at Canfield Presbyterian Church.
The Rev. Carolyn Griffith officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony for the daughter of James and Pamela Appel, 8031 S. Raccoon Road, and the son of James and P.J. Cromer, 1190 Suzylinn Ave., Youngstown.
After accepting congratulations during a reception at Leo's Ristorant & eacute; in Howland, the couple left for Sanibel Island, Fla. They live at the Rexford Road address.
The bride's strapless gown featured an empire waist, a lace-up corset back and champagne-colored trimming.
Champagne gowns were worn by the honor attendant, Tiffani Dripps, and the bridesmaids, Rhonda Orr; Brooke Knoedler; Miranda and Caitlin Appel, sisters of the bride; and Sandy Appel, her sister-in-law. Flower girl was Alexis Chizmar.
The duties of best man were performed by the groom's brother, Erik Cromer, and groomsmen were Josh Cromer, also his brother; Adam Gear; Matt Uber; Dan Dull; and the bride's brothers, Dan and Josh Appel. Ring bearer was Blake Cromer, a nephew of the groom.
The bride, a Realtor with the Eaton Group GMAC in Boardman, graduated from Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree.
The groom attended Youngstown State University and is also a Realtor with Eaton.
