XThe executive board of 1418 Retirees will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at the Struthers hall, where a general meeting will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
GOLDEN PILLARS
XAn 11 a.m. liturgy will precede the noon meeting of Golden Pillars at St. Mary Assumption Social Center. Eleanor Hnat will preside, and the mother of the year will be honored. Birthdays and anniversaries will be observed, and bingo and cards will be played. Members are asked to take their own table service.

XJ.C. Penney Retirees will meet for lunch at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at Denny's in Boardman.
LIBERTY
XLiberty Senior Citizens will meet at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Church Hill United Methodist Church fellowship hall with Wilda Clifton presiding. Paper products and funds to purchase a gift certificate from Giant Eagle will be collected to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. A musical program will be presented by Terri West, Barb Zetterquist and Dora Baker. Hostesses will be Jessie Chrystal, Kathy Foltz and Kathy Finley. Members are asked to take a sack lunch; beverages will be provided.

XBridge, 500, chess and checkers will be played when Martha Lupse 50-Plus Card and Game Club meets from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Room 106 at Poland United Methodist Church. The group's annual spring banquet will be served by the United Methodist Women of Poland United Methodist Church. Cost is $7, and a choice of meatloaf or chicken will be offered.
