Campbell police investigate death of baby

CAMPBELL -- City police are investigating the death of a 1-month-old child.
According to police, a call concerning a Monroe Street child not breathing came in just before 6 p.m. Friday. Police said ambulance personnel tried to revive the child, but he was pronounced dead later at St. Elizabeth Health Center.
Police do not have a cause of death and would not release his name.
