A Vindicator story April 28 said that New Castle City Council recently tabled a resolution that would have replaced former chairman Donald Conti on the New Castle Area Transit Authority board of directors. Conti resigned because he was moving out of the area. Donald Conti is not the same as nor is he related to Donald "Ducky" Conti, a former member of the Affordable Housing of Lawrence County board, who pleaded guilty to a gambling violation earlier this year. The Vindicator regrets the error.
