Sharon woman killed in motorcycle crash

HERMITAGE, Pa. -- A 28-year-old Sharon woman was killed in a motorcycle crash late Saturday on River Road in Hermitage, police said.
Rochelle Sabo, 28, of 530 N. Oakland Ave., was riding on a motorcycle driven by Frank Rocco, 35, of 1160 Darien Road, West Salem Township, around 11:30 p.m. on River Road about a quarter-mile north of North Water Avenue when the bike crashed, police reported. Sabo was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police said Sabo and Rocco were riding north on River Road when Rocco lost control of the motorcycle on a downhill left curve. Rocco was taken to Sharon Regional Medical Center, but hospital personnel would not provide information about his injuries or condition Monday.
