Man hospitalized after driving vehicle into house



HERMITAGE, Pa. -- A Hermitage man was taken by ambulance to Sharon Regional Medical Center on Sunday after the vehicle he was driving hit a house on Dutch Lane.
Police said Tracy Toskin, 36, of 3466 Lamore Road, was traveling North on Dutch Lane Sunday when he tried making a sharp turn onto Clarksville Road around 12:50 p.m. Toskin's vehicle went off the road and traveled a short distance into a yard before hitting a house owned by Thomas and Patricia Misco at 1386 Dutch Lane.
Police said the impact caused substantial damage to the house's foundation.
They said Toskin was transported to the hospital by ambulance to be treated for injuries. Hospital personnel would not provide information about Toskin's injuries Monday.
