"Fatal Contact: Bird Flu in America" (8 p.m., ABC): In real life, its threat as a potential human pandemic has been far from substantiated. But in this ripped-from-the-headlines disaster thriller, the avian flu mutates into a virus that follows an American businessman from Hong Kong to Virginia, where it spreads quickly, leading to quarantines and mass panic. Joely Richardson, Stacy Keach, Ann Cusack and Scott Cohen star.
"Kathy Griffin: Strong Black Woman" (9 p.m., Bravo): Poking fun at Paula Abdul and Dakota Fanning in the same breath, comedian Kathy Griffin returns to the stage in this new hourlong comedy roast. Bridging the gap between the first two seasons of her Bravo show "My Life on the D-List," the special spotlights Griffin as she shares celebrity dirt with her trademark outspoken humor.
"Mega Disasters" (9 p.m., History Channel): How would today's steel-and-concrete cities hold up against history's greatest disasters? Using computer-enhanced imagery, this series simulates the worst-case scenarios. Tonight's episode, "West Coast Tsunami," shows what might happen if a killer wave such as the December 2004 Asian tsunami were to strike the Pacific Northwest. Future episodes present a Katrina-like hurricane hitting New York and an asteroid striking Los Angeles, among other possibilities.
"Dynasty Reunion: Catfights and Caviar" (10 p.m., CBS): Joan Collins, Linda Evans and John Forsythe get together with fellow cast members to reminisce about their days on the glitzy 1980s prime-time soap. The show was taped at Northern California's Filoli Mansion, which served as the TV home of the filthy-rich Carringtons.
"Law & amp; Order: Special Victims Unit" (10 p.m., NBC): Guest-star alert: Natalie Cole, who dropped by "Grey's Anatomy" earlier this season, appears in tonight's episode of "Law & amp; Order: Special Victims Unit." She plays an attorney in a murder case involving child obesity issues.
