Tamara Cvelbar, Scott Widdows to wed in April



XPARMA -- Tamara Cvelbar, 2803 Torrington Ave., and Scott Widdows, also of Parma, are revealing plans for their spring wedding.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows during an open ceremony to be held at 1 p.m. April 22 at First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Strongsville. They will issue invitations for a reception to be held that evening at North Olmsted Party Center.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Joanne and Ronald Cvelbar, 1312 Pleasant Valley Drive, Niles. She graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus with a master's degree in social work and is a program manager with Mental Health Services in Cleveland.
The future groom's parents are Kathleen DeChant of Wooster and Robert Widdows of Parma. He is a carpenter.
