XYOUNGSTOWN -- St. Columba Cathedral was the setting at 2 p.m. Feb. 18 as Lia Morgan Hite, 206 E. Sheridan Ave., New Castle, Pa., and Eric David Rudiak, 629 Dumont Ave., Campbell, were united in marriage by the Rev. John Keehner.
A reception was held afterward at The Georgetown, Boardman, for the daughter of Lori Grata of Volant, Pa., and Robert Hite of New Castle and the son of Jerry Rudiak, 87 Notre Dame Drive, Campbell, and the late Ann Rudiak.
The couple have postponed their wedding trip to Mexico until June.
They live at the groom's address.
Beading enhanced the bride's strapless ballgown, and the skirt flowed into a cathedral train.
Black gowns were worn by the honor attendants, Mary Saterlee and Michelle Ostheimer, and the bridesmaids, Stephanie Zehentbauer, Chastity Millian, Lorraine Rudiak, Joy Rudiak, Missy Rondeu and Danielle Lehman. Junior bridesmaids were Taylor Prebble, Olivia Rudiak, Mykelin Saterlee and Gabrielle Rudiak, and flower girl was Grace Rudiak.
Mark Rudiak and Jerry Rudiak served as best men, and groomsmen were Blaise Karlovic, Jack Maillis, Larry Frangos, Robert Hite, Christopher Grata and Anthony Grata. Ring bearer was Elijah Rudiak.
The bride is attending Youngstown State University.
The groom graduated from YSU with a degree in exercise physiology. He is an Ohio regional manager with Denver Biomedical Inc.
