The FBI/Mahoning Valley Violent Crimes Task Force is asking the public to help find the fugitive of the week:
Name: Melkanoe Bowman
Age: 21.
Height: 5 feet, 11 inches.
Weight: 150 pounds.
Eyes: Brown.
Hair: Black.
Charges: Carrying a concealed weapon and having a weapon while under disability, which means a prior conviction prohibits possession of a firearm.
