A Mahoning County grand jury declined to indict Kathy Crescenzi on a charge of receiving stolen property. The grand jury did indict these people in a report issued Thursday:
Antonio Cleveland Jr., 24, Williamson Avenue, Youngstown; criminal damaging.
Wiley T. Lundy, age not given, West Judson Avenue, Youngstown; aggravated robbery (two counts) with firearm specifications.
Kory W. Sutton, 28, Ohltown Road, Austintown; driving while under the influence of alcohol.
Paul Perry Jr., 28, Potomac Avenue, Youngstown; illegal possession of a weapon or weapons, possession of cocaine.
Richard R. Ivy, 21, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown; possession of cocaine (two counts), improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Lloyd Owens Jr., 48, West Breaden Avenue, Youngstown; improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Anthony Staples, 44, Cleveland; possession of cocaine.
Bradley W. Miller, 20, Evaline Street, Warren; receiving stolen property (two counts), failure to comply with the order or signal of police officer.
Enrique Cordero, 31, North Bonair Avenue, Youngstown; failure to comply with the order or signal of police officer, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering.
Darrell W. Sinkfield, 46, West Indianola Avenue, Youngstown; receiving stolen property.
Henry Shannon, 48, Belmont Correctional Institute or Oregon Trail, Boardman; escape.
Charles D. McCrone, 30, South Avenue, North Lima; theft, misuse of credit card.
Wadell Casey, also known as Goo, 29, Stewart Avenue, Youngstown; trafficking in cocaine (four counts), trafficking in marijuana, complicity to trafficking in drugs (three counts), possession of cocaine with firearm specifications, possession of drugs, possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications.
The grand jury also issued eight secret indictments -- one for two counts of trafficking in cocaine with forfeiture specifications, one for three counts of trafficking in marijuana and six for nonsupport of dependents.
