Kris and Carla (West) Kelly of Mechanicsburg, Pa., are announcing the birth of their second daughter, Valerie Marcel, March 2 at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill, Pa. The infant's grandparents are Mel and Susan Kelly of Austintown and Hank and Anita West of Holmdel, N.J. The great-grandparents are Richard and Shirley Rosenberger of New Kensington, Pa.Announced by Kevin and Christine (Korandovich) Rexroad of Lutz, Fla., is the birth of twin boys, Luke and Joel, on Feb. 19 at St. Joseph Women's Hospital in Tampa, Fla. The infants have two brothers, and their grandparents are Robert and Mary Korandovich of Youngstown and Terry and Eileen Rexroad of Tampa.
