NO SERIOUS INJURIES: Both vehicles involved in a crash Tuesday afternoon ended up on the steps of First Place Bank at Market Street and Midlothian Boulevard in Boardman. Thomas Testa, 33, of Boardman, the driver of the white van, was southbound on Market when his vehicle went off the right side of the road and struck the Jeep Cherokee, driven by Thomas Patterson, 51, of Struthers, shortly after noon Tuesday, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Patterson had been eastbound on Midlothian. The injuries were not serious. No charges have been filed. Patterson was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center and Testa to Forum Health Beeghly Medical Center, the patrol said.
