Kocher-Friedman wedding is set for mid-August

XHUBBARD -- Announced by David and Cynthia Kocher, 6744 Chestnut Ridge Road, is the engagement of their daughter, Jolene Kocher, and Scott Friedman, both of 501 Hungerford Drive, Rockville, Md.
Parents of the future groom are Sam and Barbara Friedman, 3409 Banberry Lane, New Castle, Pa.
A sales representative with Virtual Officeware Inc. of Pittsburgh, Miss Kocher is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she received a bachelor's degree.
Mr. Friedman, a sales representative with STI Computer Services Inc. of Norristown, Pa., graduated from Pennsylvania State University, State College, Pa., with a bachelor's degree.
Invitations will be issued by the couple for the wedding they have planned for 6 p.m. Aug. 12 and for their reception afterward, both at Hilton Gaithersburg in Gaithersburg, Md.
