Robotics team advances in competition



WARREN --The Warren G. Harding High School robotics team has qualified for regional competition March 30-April 1 in Toronto and a national meet April 27-29 in Atlanta.
The 30-member team, known as TeamELITE, earned advancement to the national competition by receiving the regional chairman's award in recent competition at Cleveland State University.
It also received the Motorola Quality Award and Underwriters Laboratories Industrial Safety Award at the Cleveland meet, where it ranked 10th out of 42 teams.
This is the second consecutive year that Harding has won the regional chairman's award.
