"Prison Break" (8 p.m., Fox): Last fall, "Prison Break" arrested viewers with the saga of Lincoln Burrows, a man on death row scheduled to die for a murder he did not commit -- or so his brother Michael believed when he contrived to get himself jailed alongside Lincoln and plan their breakout. Then after 13 gripping episodes, viewers were locked out last November as the series took a suspense-building break. Finally returning tonight, "Prison Break" finds Michael's meticulously planned breakout scheme has failed -- with Lincoln only hours from execution. Will he have to pay for the alleged crime, the killing of the vice president's brother? Or will the needed evidence emerge to prove that he is being framed by powerful people for a murder that never even took place?
"24" (9 p.m., Fox): There's no rest for the weary on "24." Interpol swoops in to help CTU follow new leads to Bierko. Meanwhile, conspiracy theorist and First Lady Martha Logan questions the administration's next tactic. We keep waiting for her to elbow her wimpy husband aside and kick some terrorist butt.
