Drugs, drug paraphernalia: Police charged an 18-year-old Canfield man with possession of drug paraphernalia, sale of liquor to an underage person, and drug abuse obtaining and possessing in the 100 block of Skyline Drive. Police found a package of wild berry rolling papers, a pack of rolling papers, a small plastic bag containing .04 gram of suspected marijuana, and 26 bottles of various brands of unopened beer cans.
March 15
Drug paraphernalia: A 39-year-old Youngstown man was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia on South Broad Street after police found a silver pipe containing suspected marijuana residue in his car.
March 16
Theft: Police arrested a 19-year-old Berlin Center man in the theft of three packs of cigarettes at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.
March 18
Drug paraphernalia: Police charged a 20-year-old New Middletown man with drug abuse of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after his arrest on West Main Street. Police found him in possession of a red pipe with suspected marijuana residue and a 3-gram bag of suspected marijuana.

Criminal mischief: Mud was thrown at a vehicle in the 3000 block of South Meridian Road.
Criminal damaging: Damage to a vehicle was reported at Blue Ribbon Motors, 4004 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A purse with credit cards, a driver's license and a Social Security card was stolen from a vehicle parked at a home in the 1000 block of Idaho Road.

Breaking and entering: An unattached garage was broken into at a home in the 4000 block of Elmwood Avenue.
Auto theft: A 1995 Chevrolet Beretta was stolen from a home in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Drive.
Theft: A 2003 trailer was stolen from Falcon Transport, 200 Victoria Road.
Auto theft: A 2005 Saturn Ion was stolen from an apartment in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive.
March 15
Attempted theft: Extensive dashboard damage was reported to a vehicle parked at a home in the 4000 block of Rita Avenue.
Theft: There were four reports of gasoline being pumped and not paid for at the Sheetz gas station, 5499 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A floor buffer was stolen from Rhiel Supply, 3735 Oakwood Ave.
Vehicle theft: A 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck was stolen from Parkside Auto Mall, 565 N. Niles-Canfield Road.
Recovered property: Pills and a single round of ammunition were recovered at Austintown Middle School, 5800 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: Fuel was taken from an automobile at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Drug offense: Police arrested an Austintown man for use and possession of drug paraphernalia at 50 Westminster Drive.
Theft: Scrap metal was stolen from Austintown Middle School.
Theft: A digital camera and prescriptions were stolen from an apartment in the 900 block of Compass West apartments.
Receiving stolen property: Police arrested a man and woman after they were found in possession of stolen checks and forging the victim's signature at the U.S. Post Office, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Robbery: A person was shoved to the ground and pills and currency taken at Kmart, 4475 Mahoning Ave.
March 17
Criminal mischief: Eggs were thrown at a home in the 100 block of North Beverly Avenue.
Property damage: A vehicle was damaged at a home in the 3000 block of South Raccoon Road.
March 18
Arrest: Police arrested a man on charges of carrying a loaded .22-caliber handgun on state Route 11 near Mahoning Avenue.
Criminal damaging: A rear window was broken out by a rock in the 4000 block of Westchester Drive apartments.
Theft: A white iPod was taken from a vehicle at Buffalo Wild Wings, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A compact disc player was stolen from an auto parked at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
Arrest: Police charged a man with theft at Rainbow Shops, 6000 Mahoning Avenue.
Theft: A jacket, keys and CDs were taken from a vehicle parked at the Austintown Plaza, 6000 Mahoning Ave.
Theft: A handgun was taken from a home in the 2000 block of Innwood Street.
March 19
Felonious assault: A man was hit by a pool cue at Noday's, 3713 Oakwood Avenue.
Drug offense: Police placed a Youngstown man in Mahoning County jail after his arrest on charges of drug abuse, possession of cocaine, drug paraphernalia and permitting drug abuse. The arrest was made after a traffic stop at South Raccoon and Burkey roads.
Burglary: Police charged a man with the burglary of a home in the 100 block of North Raccoon Road.
Breaking and entering: A quantity of items were reported missing after a break-in at Youngstown PrePress, 3691 LeHarps Road.
Burglary: Jewelry and money are missing from a home in the 200 block of Innwood Drive.
Drug offense: Police arrested a Youngstown man and charged him with possession of a bag of suspected marijuana and a pipe with suspected marijuana in it. The arrest was made at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.
Weapons offense: Police arrested a man on charges of carrying a concealed weapon, a loaded .38-caliber handgun, in his front pocket at Mahoning Avenue and Meridian Road.
