Parents announce Hall-Fowler troth, wedding plans

XCANFIELD -- Announced by James and Marilyn Hall, 121 Dartmouth Ave., and Robert and Candy Fowler, 3374 42nd St., is the engagement of their children, Mary Catherine Hall and Todd Patrick Fowler, both of 1013 Cherokee Drive, Youngstown.
The couple have chosen St. Michael Church for their July 21 wedding to be held at 4:30 p.m. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and also for a reception later that day at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens at Mill Creek Park, Youngstown.
Miss Hall graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in fine arts. She is employed as a mid-Atlantic account coordinator with Urban Decay and Hard Candy Cosmetics of Costa Mesa , Calif.
Mr. Fowler, a teacher at Mahoning County Educational Service Center in Youngstown, earned a bachelor's degree in fine arts at YSU.
