Hubermans' 60th to be celebrated at Printz Mansion



XBOARDMAN -- Mr. and Mrs. Max Huberman of Boardman will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary during a family gathering to be held March 25 at the Printz Mansion in Youngstown.
Hosts for the festivities will be their family, Atty. Mark and Wanda Huberman of Boardman and Dr. Jeff and Raquel Huberman of Peoria, Ill. The couple have four grandchildren.
The former Ruth Shulman and Mr. Huberman were united in marriage March 24, 1946, at Anshe Emeth Temple, Youngstown. They are members of Ohev Tzedek Temple.
The Hubermans were co-founders of the Natural Health Foods and Barbell Center, which they operated from 1958 to 1991, when the business was sold and Mr. Huberman retired. Mrs. Huberman continues to work at the store.
Mr. Huberman served two terms as national president of the National Nutritional Foods Association. He also served as a sergeant with the U.S. Army during World War II and is a poet, author, lecturer, comedian and actor.
