Family dinner will celebrate 50th for the Clays

XYOUNGSTOWN -- The 50th wedding anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. Edward W. Clay, 325 Dehoff Drive, will be celebrated during a family dinner party to be held April 9 at the couple's home.
Arrangements for the event are being made by their family, Ruby and Bill McDonnell of North Canton, Sam and Pam Clay of Youngstown, William and Cheryl Clay of Columbiana, and Thomas Clay and Penny Clay, both of Austintown. The family includes two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A son, John A. Jones, is deceased.
The former Ruby Grubb and Mr. Clay were united in marriage April 6, 1956, in Tazewell, Tenn.
Mrs. Grubb is a homemaker. Her husband retired in 1980 from U.S. Steel, McDonald Works.
