A noon luncheon in Winslow Caf & eacute; at the Butler Institute of American Art is planned for members of Questors Club. The program at 1:30 p.m. will be a tour of the Arms Family Museum of Local History; cost is $4. Jean Scott will give the meditation, and Ann Kish will serve as hostess.
