Farkas-Wyman troth announced, wedding planned

XBOARDMAN -- The engagement of Emily Farkas, daughter of Daniel and Jane Farkas, 5911 Cherrywood Drive, and Richard Wyman, a son of Richard B. Wyman Jr., 1681 Middletown Road, North Lima, and the late Brenda Wyman, is being announced by parents of the bride-elect.
Miss Farkas graduated from John Carroll University in University Heights with a bachelor's degree in English and from Youngstown State University with a bachelor's degree in education. She is an intervention aide at The Rich Center For Autism in Youngstown.
Mr. Wyman is employed in sales at Best Buy in Boardman. He received a bachelor's degree in economics from JCU and is pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering at YSU.
The couple's open wedding has been planned for 1:30 p.m. Aug. 19 at St. Charles Church. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at Antone's Banquet Centre.
